Silent film that is one of the only existing films of Theda Bara. It was a hit, and with her first starring role, Bara became an icon as a "vamp(ire)". She exists to destroy men's lives, and she succeeds. There are no happy endings here. It's worth it for film historians to see Bara and the vamp role, but it's a pretty poor movie.
