Tonight, Robin and I went to Chez Panisse for dinner. We went last month, too. We decided to start a new tradition of going once a month. Now we've been twice ... is it a tradition yet?
I had baked goat cheese with a garden salad, pasta with pesto and cherry tomatoes, lemon sherbet, with a Pinot Noir for wine and wild mint tea with dessert. Robin had the salad minus the goat cheese, duck breast with green beans, onions and figs, pluot tart, with a Zinfandel for wine and some of my mint tea.
