rubio travels, 1910s edition

Here are scans from an important document for the Rubio family. It’s a ticket for a steamship trip from Honolulu to San Francisco, signed by my paternal grandfather, Miguel Rubio. The stamp on the back is dated Feb 13 1917, while the front lists the voyage as on Feb. 25th, so perhaps those are the date he bought it and the date my grandparents sailed.

Anyway, they lived four years in Hawaii, which means they left Spain in 1913 or thereabouts. Before the war, in other words.
